We now accept payment online via PayPal. Please complete the following
form, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete your transaction.
Please contact us to arrange for payment.
Payment and cancellation terms:
- Reservations: Reservations are considered confirmed only
after our office receives a 20% payment of the cost. The balance
of which is payable 60days before departure for all our bookings.
Reservations made 60 days before departure requires 100% payment.
A confirmation number and a receipt would be issued by our office
soon as the final payment is received.
- Payments: Our acceptable methods of payments are Checks,
Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, and Wire transfer.
Payments made 21 days before departure must be paid by a certified
check or credit card.
- Tour Prices: Our quoted price includes only transportation
by vehicles or local airplanes and hotel accommodations as outlined
in the itineraries for a specific tour package issued after confirmation.
International airline fares would be quoted separately upon request.
Specific terms and conditions from air ticket vendors may apply.
Extra costs that include visas, gratuities, vaccinations, and insurance
is payable by the customer. A detailed breakdown of the extra costs
that our customers may incur would be outlined in the specific
itinerary.
- Cancellation: We understand that in life circumstances do
arise that would prompt you to cancel your safari after booking
with us. In order for us to cover costs for reservations, advance
payments, and administrative fees, Good Hands Safaris will honor
your cancellation requests as follows:
- Reservation to 60 days before departure $100 cancellation
fee
- 59 to 45 days before departure you forfeit 20% of
safari cost.
- 44 to 30 days before departure you forfeit
35% of safari cost
- 29 to 15 days before departure you
forfeit 50% of safari cost
- 0 % refund for all cancellations
for less than 15 days
All the cancellations must be made in writing
and received
in our office by the due date
